Since the effects of nuclear accident will last forever,I think the only way to protect living things from radiation is to abolish the nuclear power plant that cannot prevent accidents. The ICRP recommendations have not helped protect people from radiation in the wake of the Fukushima nuclear accident.Because there is too many ways for the govermment to use it for its own convenience. It is hard to believe that the latest recommendation takes into account the current situation at the detrimental effects of Fukushima nuclear accident, and I think  it is merely a recommendation that is used for the convenience of the govermment. Many scientists  that stand by the govermment disregard the LNT model  and argue  that there is no risk of radiation below 100mSv.Please specify the LNT model. In addition ,without consideration of cumulative dose, Japanese government affirms the current situation of people who are forced to return at 20mSv per year, and threatens the future. If the  ICRP  talks about radiation protection ,they should  see truth and understand the current situation  and an unreliable  interpretation of the direction of protecting  peoplefrom radiation. The Japanese govermment treats the Fukushima nuclear accident as if it had never  happend. Dispite widespread contamination by radiation ,the govermment is planning to do only a small part of Fukushima prefecture. AS you know ,Japan is an earthquake-prone region .I sincerely  hope that the ICRP will make a recommendation to protrct  our citizens in the future.
